Kerry joined Burke Niazi as a Consultant Solicitor in 2024.

Kerry advises on disputes in the context of both families and property and has a wealth of experience resolving disputes in both the civil and family courts.

Kerry’s expertise lie in the crossover between civil and family law and the focus of Kerry’s practice is on disputes between cohabitants and unmarried couples, including claims made under TOLATA 1996.

Kerry advises on all aspects of relationship breakdown, including pre and post nuptial agreements, divorce and financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation, and children matters. Kerry has considerable experience advising clients on disputes involving significant assets including crypto assets and disputes with an international element.

Kerry also advises on landlord disputes, housing related matters, and judicial review of decisions made by public authorities.

Kerry obtained a BA (Public & Social Policy) and an LLB from the University of Galway, and an LLM from the University of Law, Bloomsbury.

Outside of work Kerry enjoys spending time in the Emerald Isle and is an avid gardener.
