Treesha Bundhoo

Solicitor

Treesha joined Burke Niazi in June 2016 and she is now a Solicitor in the Court of Protection and Mental Health departments.

Treesha obtained her LLB from University of London External Programmes and completed her LPC at Westminster University in 2014.

Treesha has experience in mental health having previously worked in a care setting. She currently advises clients subject to the provisions of the Mental Health Act, prepares cases for tribunal hearings, assists clients by attending CPA meetings and represents them at hospital managers’ hearings. Treesha became a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme in 2017.

Treesha also speaks fluent French and Hindi.

Outside work Treesha enjoys travelling and has an interest in gastronomy.
