If you think you are getting the wrong benefit, your claim has been turned down, you have been asked to pay back some money or your payment has stopped, you should talk to us immediately

If you think the wrong decision has been made, you should ask for it to be reviewed and seek advice from your solicitor. We will help you to complete the appropriate claim form, prepare a written submission explaining why you think the decision is wrong and submit any evidence to support your claim (eg a medical report). We can also assist and accompany you to an Appeal Tribunal if required.
