Our firm is one of the largest Mental Health firms in North London. We have grown over the years as a result of the increased need for advocates in England. We cover, all of London and often travel further a field and represent clients in both the near and far counties; we will even travel to Wales if a client specifically wants us.

The Mental Health Act has far-reaching powers in its ability to remove a person’s liberty and detain them in hospital against their will.

This firm has an immense amount of experience of representing people at both Mental Health Review Tribunals as well as Mangers Hearings. We can also assist in post-discharge care advice with our Community Care Team.

All the Partners who carry out Mental Health work are on the Tribunal Panel. We also have a number of staff on the Tribunal Panel.

This firm is experienced in bringing High Court actions for Judicial Review cases and will challenge any unlawful detention in hospitals.

We are able to advise you in relation to medical treatment in hospital. We are prepared to advise nearest relatives of their rights and entitlements and provide advice about the type of treatment available and the possibility of community care.
